About The Event
We are thrilled to announce the induction of six distinguished individuals into the Lawrence Lions Alumni Association Hall of Honor at a ceremony on Sunday, October 11th, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Lawrence High School.
The LLAA Hall of Honor recognizes graduates of Liberty Memorial High School and Lawrence High School who have distinguished themselves in their professions and/or made significant contributions to society on a state, national and/or international level. Honorees also may include individuals who, while not alumni, have contributed significantly to the success of the two schools and their graduates.
This year's distinguished inductees are:
Jim “Punkin” O’Connell (LHS 1966)
Kim L. Murphree (LHS 1976)
John B. Nalbandian (LHS 1987)
