Michael E. Miner, MD, PhD

A neurosurgeon, he received his MD and PhD from Kansas University. He served as professor and Chair of Neurosurgery Departments at Universities of Texas and Ohio State.

Professor of Neurosurgery at Texas Southwestern Medical School and Chief of Neurosurgery, North Texas VA Medical Center.

He was president of Ohio Neurosurgical Society in 1998 and an examiner for The American Board of Neurosurgical Surgery.

He has published 123 articles and book chapters, three books and three newspaper editorials.

He developed novel brain tumor treatment regimens, developed, and led surgical teams in South America treating brain tumors and cranial facial deformities in children and has received numerous awards for his work.
